Hey there, I'm Erin!

My name is Erin and I am 34 years young and live in Northern Virginia with my husband, Matt of 7 years, my six-year-old son Ashton, three-year-old son Avery, and an eight-year-old cat named Blu. I moved down to Virginia from Vermont about ten years ago to be with my family and to start my teaching career. I have loved being in Virginia because there are so many new things to do and places to visit and I am still finding new adventures. Some of my favorite things to do include raising my two boys and spending time with friends and family, finding new adventures to do with my family, getting outside for bike rides, walks, and hikes, reading great fictional books. I am also a Type 1 diabetic and have been since I was four years old. I now have an insulin pump and love the ease of it. I have always had a passion for helping other people and have done so through teaching and now through working with families that are sleep and potty training. I look forwards to learning about you, your family, and your little one and can't wait to see how I can help you best!

I like exploring new places, practicing yoga, and  cooking and entertaining for my friends and family.

Common Misconceptions

01

Put your baby down AWAKE, not drowsy or asleep.

02

Feeding should NEVER be the last thing in your nap or bedtime routine.

03

There are many different of forms of sleep training methods and strategies based on age, temperament and parent comfort level. It is not a one size fits all!

04

Inconsistent and short naps (less than 1 hour) are very common and developmentally appropriate up to 5-6 months old.

05

Waketime means the time from when your child wakes up to when they are put in their sleep space for their next sleep

Sleep training

No two babies are alike, which is why no two sleep plans are alike. I create custom sleep guides specific to your little one and your family's needs offer unlimited access though the process.

Client Testimonials

"Erin is a blessing! My baby girl was having trouble sleeping through the night and wanting to wake 2-3 hours to nurse! She had her sleeping through the night in as little as 4 days! She takes better naps now too! Worth every penny!
